I’m Eva Luque, founder of MOLDEA. I plan and run corporate events in Madrid for companies that don’t have an events team: one point of contact, a closed budget from day one, and me on site on the day.

For more than ten years I coordinated events in some of Madrid’s most demanding venues: conventions of over 1,000 people at IFEMA, gala dinners at Real Madrid C.F. and the Goya Awards gala at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium. I bring that large-scale experience to events of any size.
You deal with one person. I negotiate with venues and suppliers on your behalf, close the budget before anything is confirmed and share a single run of show with everyone involved. On the day, your role is to host; mine is to make sure nothing reaches you.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we get in touch?
Three to six months for conventions and large dinners, especially in December. Smaller events can be arranged in a few weeks. Tell me the date and the number of guests and I’ll tell you within 24 hours what is possible.
Do you work in English?
Yes. I run events in Spanish, English and French, and I’m used to working with international teams, head offices abroad and guests from several countries.
What size of events do you handle?
From a team dinner for 20 to a convention for several hundred. Larger formats scale up with technical production and floor staff, under the same coordination.
Is the budget really closed?
Yes. You receive an itemised proposal covering every supplier before you confirm anything. If the event doesn’t change, the budget doesn’t change.
Which areas do you cover?
Madrid and the Madrid region. For events elsewhere in Spain, ask and we’ll look at it case by case.
